General Terms & Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 77dv platform and all its services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between 77dv ("we", "the Company") and the user ("you", "member").

77dv is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other gaming services. All our services operate entirely in Bengali and are designed specifically for Bangladeshi users.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between 77dv and you.

Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit

To open an account on 77dv and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be a real person residing in Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Management

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

• You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• Allowing third parties to use your account or transferring your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• It is your responsibility to update your account settings if any of the information you provided changes.

77dv may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification when required. This process may involve requesting a national identity card, bank statement, or other documents.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

77dv supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from an account registered in your own name.
• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Full KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

77dv offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions. The key terms related to the welcome bonus are listed below:

• First deposit bonus: Up to 150%, maximum ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳28,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• There may be restrictions on wagering bonus funds on certain games.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
• If any bonus-related fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

77dv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time. The terms of a bonus already issued will remain in effect according to the conditions stated at the time the offer was made.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 77dv platform is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Abnormal outcomes caused by technical errors may be considered void and cancelled.
• If evidence of a technical issue affecting a game's outcome is found, 77dv reserves the right to cancel the relevant round or bet.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other dishonest method to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum win limits may apply in sports betting markets and will be specified separately.
• Placing bets on multiple accounts against the same event to gain a statistical advantage is prohibited.

Fair Play & Security

77dv is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology and adheres to fair play principles.

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Game outcomes are not predetermined or manipulated.
• 77dv uses advanced security measures to prevent any fraudulent behavior.
• If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended until an investigation is completed.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

77dv reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Use of unauthorized software or methods.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Any serious breach of these terms and conditions.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In that case, the opportunity to withdraw any pending legitimate balance will be provided, however bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

77dv accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss or missed bets resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Disruption to a gaming session due to technical problems on your device.
• Use of your account by an unauthorized third party (if you have not taken appropriate security measures).
• Financial losses arising from recreational gaming.
• Unexpected service outages or maintenance periods.

77dv is an entertainment platform. We will not provide any financial compensation for potential financial losses from gaming. Please play responsibly and bet within your means.
